All amounts in USD. Seats and usage limits describe the proposed paid packages. No subscription starts from this calculator. Yearly prepayment does not change monthly usage allowances.

All three plans share the same production foundation. Planned features are marked so you can separate today’s tools from future upgrades.

Convert products and move them between state rooms
A connected licensed operating site in your agreed organization scope. A printer, user seat, shelf or internal bin is not another location.
How does the price change as I grow?
The base price covers one to three locations. Locations four to six add one block; seven to nine add two. Each block adds location capacity, seats and monthly usage allowances. The selector above shows your total and its breakdown.
Can I use my own printer and label size?
Yes. Prepare exact-size PDFs for compatible roll or sheet stock, choose your label dimensions, and print through your system print dialog. Your printer must support the selected stock and required output quality.
What can I use right now?
The current foundation covers connected inventory context, reviewed sublots, saved label facts, ordered print PDFs and production history. Conversions, state room moves, local rooms, counts and allocations are planned upgrades, not features you can activate today.
Will signing up charge me?
No. Initial launch access is currently no-charge. The prices shown are a proposed paid structure. Paid service requires agreed scope and accepted terms before it begins; no checkout or automatic charge is enabled.
What do the usage allowances mean?
Seats are team member access. Original labels describe new product-label output. Confirmed state actions are completed changes sent to NMS2S, such as sublot creation; printing a label is separate. These are proposed allowances, and detailed metering rules will be agreed before paid service starts.
What happens if I need more capacity?
Talk with us about your label volume, state actions and team size. Higher capacity, optional services and any taxes must be stated in an accepted order. Automatic overage billing is not active.
