    Search for the lot and open its record. Review parent and child identifiers rather than assuming a relationship from matching product names.

  2. 2Parent or child

    Follow the available link to inspect the connected record. Compare quantities and source times.

  3. 3Events

    Use the event view for the relevant facility and identifier. Check the source event type and timestamp.

  4. 4Sublot history

    For work created in Waputu, review the durable job and its confirmed child identifiers.

  5. 5Record evidence

    Capture safe identifiers and times when reporting a discrepancy. A final state alone is not proof that a specific user or system performed the action.
