Illustrated navigation sequence. Exact controls appear in the numbered instructions below.

Step-by-step instructions

  1. 1Inventory

Open Inventory in the workspace navigation. Select the facility before searching.

  2. 2Search

Enter a product term or barcode. A barcode is the stronger identity when products share a name.

  3. 3Lot row

Open the matching record. Review the state identifier, source quantity, room and freshness.

  4. 4Product name

A local name can improve recognition without replacing the state barcode. Treat the barcode as the traceability identifier.

  5. 5Sublots or Labels

Use the appropriate workflow after confirming the lot. A missing or unavailable source record may be blocked from production actions.

What success looks like

The selected record matches the intended facility and full state barcode.

If something goes wrong

No matches

Check facility, filters and barcode formatting. Then check source freshness.
