Step-by-step instructions

  1. 1Inventory filters

Confirm the selected facility and remove restrictive filters.

  2. 2Freshness

Check whether the last source run completed successfully. An old mirror may not show a recent change.

  3. 3Lot detail

Review missing status, room, quantity and known lineage.

  4. 4NMS2S

An authorized operator should compare the exact barcode in the state system. Do not infer the cause from the Waputu final screen alone.

  5. 5Contact support

Provide the workspace, facility, barcode, safe error and approximate time. Explain the expected state and what the state system currently shows.

What success looks like

The investigation has exact lot and source evidence rather than an unsupported explanation of what happened.

If something goes wrong

Production action is blocked

Resolve the source availability first. Creating another local lot is not a substitute.

A child was created during a timeout

Open the original sublot job and use reconciliation guidance. Do not submit a duplicate split.

Still need help?

Send the workspace, facility, safe error and approximate time. Keep credentials and private activation links out of the message.
