Step-by-step instructions

  1. 1Plans

Review the proposed Labels, Operations and Inventory packages. Prices and commercial terms are a proposal until accepted in an order.

  2. 2Count locations

Use the licensed operational locations connected to the organization, not user seats or internal shelves. A Waputu-only room is not automatically another billable location.

  3. 3Check availability

Labels and sublot workflows are implemented. Conversions, state room movements and broader inventory control are planned upgrades and are not active merely because a plan mentions them.

  4. 4Contact sales

Use Contact with your location count, business types and required workflows. Do not include state credentials.

  5. 5Review future agreement

Stripe billing comes later. No automatic charge or paid upgrade is created by browsing a plan or asking for information.

What success looks like

You understand the proposed package boundary and which capabilities can be used today.

If something goes wrong

A future feature is not visible

Roadmap descriptions are not entitlement activation. Review its availability label.

You need an exact commercial quote

Provide the location count and needed workflow. Do not calculate a charge from a development preview without an accepted order.

Still need help?

Send the workspace, facility, safe error and approximate time. Keep credentials and private activation links out of the message.
