Step-by-step instructions
1Company
Enter the company name and license number. Use the actual licensed identity. Address and contact details may be added where offered. Save and continue.
2State
Connect a fresh token from your authorized integration account. Connected means the credential was accepted, not that every inventory report has finished.
3Facilities
Review each returned location and state identifier. Choose the correct kind. Resolve Other classifications before confirming facilities.
4First sync
Check the inventory run for every facility. Refresh the status rather than repeatedly reconnecting. A successful old run can satisfy setup while the current freshness indicator still needs attention.
5Team
Invite a teammate using the least privilege and correct facilities. The readiness check requires a saved team invitation.
6Ready
Review every readiness row. Follow any failed item back to its setup page. Select Open the dashboard after the checks pass.
The dashboard opens with authorized facilities and source freshness visible. Setup completion is not a guarantee that every subsequent sync remains current.
If something goes wrong
A facility is absent
Review what the NMS2S integration identity is allowed to access. Do not create a duplicate location to compensate.
Unmapped inventory types
Keep the records visible and report the safe type name to support. Do not relabel the unit by assumption.
