Step-by-step instructions
1NMS2S sign-in
Sign in as the authorized integration user. Keep the browser session open while obtaining a fresh token.
2Network
Open browser developer tools, select Network and reload the page. Select a state API request generated by your own signed-in session.
3authTokenGUID
Look in Headers > Query String Parameters, or Payload > Form Data for a POST. Copy only the authTokenGUID value, not the request URL or other fields.
4Settings > Open the State page
Return to Waputu. Paste the value into Paste the state token, then select Connect to state.
5Connection status
Verify Connected and token status ok. The field clears after submission. Review the location count and state identifiers.
6Facilities and run times
Wait for a successful inventory run for each facility. Connection acceptance does not mean the first sync is complete.
The token is accepted, authorized locations are discovered and their inventory run status can be reviewed.
If something goes wrong
The state token was refused
Sign back in to NMS2S, obtain a fresh token and try once more. Do not repeatedly submit the same refused token.
No authTokenGUID field
Check that you selected a state API request from your own authenticated session. Interfaces can change; use support without sending the token.
The facility list is empty
Review the NMS2S identity access. Waputu cannot expand what that identity is allowed to read.
