Step-by-step instructions

  1. 1Team

Find the teammate record. Check the email rather than relying on display names alone.

  2. 2Disable

Use the disable control where your role permits it. Follow the confirmation shown in the application.

  3. 3Review facility grants

Remove access that is no longer appropriate. Keep necessary historical job and audit records.

  4. 4Recent jobs

An authorized operator should inspect unfinished sublot jobs. Continue the recorded job only after understanding confirmed and uncertain children.

  5. 5Verify

The disabled account should no longer access protected pages. Password recovery does not undo a disable action.

What success looks like

Operational access is removed while prior sublot and label history remains attributable.

If something goes wrong

The action is not available

An administrator may be unable to manage a higher role. Ask the owner.

The person had the integration credential

Rotate the state integration credential through your normal authorized process; disabling a Waputu account does not revoke NMS2S credentials.

Still need help?

Send the workspace, facility, safe error and approximate time. Keep credentials and private activation links out of the message.
