For owners, admins and users with mfa · Reviewed September 9, 2026

  • Do not delete the existing authenticator entry while investigating.

Where to click

Illustrated navigation sequence. Exact controls appear in the numbered instructions below.

Step-by-step instructions

  1. 1Verify your sign-in

Check that the workspace URL matches the authenticator entry you are using.

  2. 26-digit code

Use a current code with no spaces. Enable automatic date and time on the device. Allow the next code to appear if the current code is about to expire.

  3. 3Verify code

Submit once and wait for the response. Repeated attempts can trigger rate limits.

  4. 4Contact support

If the device is lost, provide the workspace URL and registered email through the support form. Account ownership must be established before access changes.

What success looks like

A successful challenge upgrades the current session; it does not grant a new role or facility.

If something goes wrong

Enrolment QR does not load

Refresh after checking connectivity. Do not email the displayed setup key.

Password recovery still requests a code

This is expected. Email recovery preserves MFA protection.

Still need help?

Send the workspace, facility, safe error and approximate time. Keep credentials and private activation links out of the message.
