Step-by-step instructions

  1. 1Activate workspace

Open the private link on your registration status page. Verify that you are opening your organization workspace, not another company address.

  2. 2Set password

Choose your workspace password. Your portal account and workspace are separate security contexts; store the workspace address with the password.

  3. 3Set up your authenticator

Scan the QR code using your authenticator app. If needed, enter the displayed setup key. This key is a credential: do not send it to support or include it in screenshots.

  4. 4Verify code

Enter the current six-digit code. If it changes while you type, use the new one. Successful verification opens the setup flow.

  5. 5Company

Begin your company setup. MFA remains required for privileged access on later sign-ins.

What success looks like

The owner reaches company setup after verifying an authenticator code. Activation does not grant access to any other organization.

If something goes wrong

Activation expired

Open the workspace and choose Forgot password. Recovery does not remove existing MFA.

The code is rejected

Enable automatic time on the authenticator device and use a fresh code. If you have lost the device, contact support; creating a second account is not an MFA reset.

Still need help?

Send the workspace, facility, safe error and approximate time. Keep credentials and private activation links out of the message.
