Step-by-step instructions
1Forgot password?
Select the link on that workspace sign-in page. Enter the registered email. The response is intentionally generic so account membership is not exposed.
2Reset password
Use the newest Waputu recovery message. Check the destination workspace before opening the link. The link is private and single-use.
3Verify your sign-in
If MFA is enrolled, enter your existing authenticator code before changing the password. Recovery is not an MFA bypass.
4Choose a new password
Enter a unique password between 12 and 128 characters. Complete the form and sign in again if prompted.
5Return to your work
Check the facility and job history before resuming an interrupted action. Resetting access never repeats a sublot request.
The new password works in the intended workspace and the existing MFA requirement remains in place.
If something goes wrong
The link is invalid
A newer request may have replaced the token, or it may have expired or already been used. Request one fresh link from the same workspace.
The account remains disabled
Recovery does not reactivate a disabled profile. Contact your owner.
You lost the authenticator too
Use the verified support process. Do not share recovery tokens, passwords or MFA setup keys in a ticket.
Still need help?
Send the workspace, facility, safe error and approximate time. Keep credentials and private activation links out of the message.
