Step-by-step instructions
1Choose lot
Select the lot profile you are editing. Links are saved per lot, not as one global destination for every product.
2QR link
Enter a valid public HTTP or HTTPS URL. Avoid private login pages, expiring links or destinations that cannot remain available for the product life.
3Information panel review
For static QR information mode, open the destination and compare every applicable item against the saved facts. A COA alone or a marketing homepage is insufficient.
4QR X, Y and size
Coordinates start at the top-left of the label in millimeters. The size includes the clear border needed around the modules.
5Validate layout
The QR must fit inside margins and avoid the state symbol. Text flows around its reserved area, and dense or colliding layouts are blocked.
6Scan the physical proof
Scan using an ordinary phone under working conditions. Check the exact lot destination, not only that a camera recognizes a QR.
Each lot opens the intended page, the physical code scans, and the required label content remains complete.
If something goes wrong
The code is too dense
Use a shorter stable URL or enlarge the QR within the supported layout.
The website changed
For required-information mode, review the page again. The app cannot continuously certify a third-party destination.
